With an abundance of options at our
fingertips these days, it can be difficult for both businesses and consumers to
develop and maintain loyalty. Customer loyalty is something that is hugely
beneficial to a business, yet it is impacted by many different factors.
Trust is the main component that
will build brand loyalty and is notoriously difficult to build in the digital
age.
It will be what makes or breaks your brand and is vital to your company’s
success. .
With instant communication now possible between brand and consumer,
staying honest with your customers is crucial. To gain and maintain trust, ensure
that you are open, honest and consistent when communicating with existing and
potential customers.
Predicting customer behaviour will
give insight into how you can entice them back after their initial interaction
or transaction. By predicting what your customers want to buy next, or which
offers/deals they might respond positively to, makes it more likely that they will come back

previously mentioned, communication has become a lot quicker between consumer
and brand. If you are looking to increase brand loyalty it should also be easier. Having a live chat or being able to contact a
company easily through email or social media are effective ways to build trust
with your customers and in turn form customer loyalty. If you are easy to
contact, and more efficient in your replies than competitors, then you will be
a lot more appealing to return to for future purchases.
