Ross Hendry - Technical Support

Ross began his IT studies by completing an HND in Software Development at Glasgow Clyde College and then progressed on to further education, to obtain a BSc Hons in Computing at Glasgow Caledonian University.

After graduating, Ross launched his career with Big Red Digital as our Technical Support Executive. As the first point of contact for any client with a support request, his role is integral to the team's success. Ross will triage all support queries, and ensure we provide a resolution in a timely fashion to our clients.
